Exercise: 30 day shred “level 1” + Pop Pilates “beginners body workout” (-330)

Not so bad! xD
It was easy… I’ve got to keep it up for ten days and I’ll be ready for Level 2. I’ve read that it is the worst one of the three levels!
But everything at it’s time. Let’s enjoy Level 1!
Yep…wanna try something different to Insanity Workout. In July I’ll go back to IW and perhaps in September P90X… Oh and I’m doing Pop Pilates as well!
